(The objective is to modify the Subjects form and add a button that does the
following:
If there are no readings for the subject, it creates 86 blank readings.
If there are 86 readings already, it tells the user that these have already
been created.
If there are between 1 and 85 readings, it tells the user that the missing rows
must be manually added
(or that the user must delete all rows for this subject, and then click the
button again.)
