Moscow Sees Hand of U.S. "Intelligence"

MOSCOW, USSR. - Radio Moscow denounced the anti-Khrushchev demonstrations in New York and an English-language broadcast heard in New York at midnight on Sunday. It said that "Allen Dulles, head of the CIA, organized Ukrainian and Hungarian refugees to mar to visit of Premier Khrushchev to the United Nations."
