Leo Mol named to Italian arts society

WINNIPEG, Man. - Leo Mol (Molodozhanyn), an internationally known sculptor, was named a member of the Italian Academy of Arts and Works, reported the Ukrainian Canadian Committee headquarters here.

Mr. Mol was notified of this nomination with a letter dated November 9. The letter noted that he was named to the academy after a review of his art works.

The Ukrainian sculptor is already a member of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts.
