A singer-songwriter's debut solo CD
NEW YORK - Singer-songwriter Christine Sachko has released her debut solo CD, "X-tine: Live ...at Home." The album, a collection of both hard rock and melodic acoustic songs, showcases Ms. Sachko's passionate, hard-edged vocals.
"Live...at Home" features 10 songs written and co-produced by Ms. Sachko and a studio cover version of Jefferson Airplane's "White Rabbit." Also included on the album are two live bonus tracks of Ms. Sachko recording with the band Crystal Chill at On Stage in Staten Island.
Ms. Sachko studied music with Bohdanna Wolansky and Dr. Ihor Sonevytsky at St. George Academy and participated in Ms. Wolansky's Ukrainian vocal ensemble Promin.
Ms. Sachko continued her education at New York University, where she received a degree in music, business and technology.
