Donetsk Oblast delegation visits Baltimore

BALTIMORE - The chairman of the Donetsk Oblast Administration, Viktor F. Yanukovych, an honorary citizen of the city of Baltimore, paid a visit with his delegation to Baltimore City Hall on September 21. Discussion focused on ideas of mutual interest between the United States and Ukraine, especially the Donetsk region.
