Registration is open for The Ukrainian Museum’s popular weekend traditional folk art courses. Try your hand at embroidery, an eight-session course for all levels open to adults and children age 10 and over, or learn bead-stringing (gerdany) in a four-session course for adults and children age 12 and up. Both start January 28. Join us for the very popular pysanka and Easter traditions baking workshops from late March to April 9 (check dates online). Tapestry weaving, a fun introductory four-workshop course for ages 12 and up, starts April 22. Pre-registration is necessary – details may be found on the museum website’s section on Education.
