The Association of American Youth of Ukrainian Descent (known by the Ukrainian-based acronym ODUM) has held summer camps for over 50 years. ODUM offers several camp experiences: counselor camp, recreational camp, sports camp and bandura camp.

Enroll for the 49th session of the Harvard Ukrainian Summer Institute

The Harvard Ukrainian Summer Institute (HUSI) will hold its 49th annual session at Harvard University’s main campus on the banks of the Charles River in Cambridge, Mass., for upper-level undergraduate, graduate and postdoctoral students, particularly those of Ukrainian heritage, as well as university students from Ukraine and professional, government and military specialists who need to hone their skills in the field of Ukrainian Studies. 

Learn bandura or choral music at Kobzarska Sich

This August, the bandura community celebrates the 40th anniversary of Kobzarska Sich camp (K.S.) in Emlenton, Pa. For two weeks every August, KS has trained two generations of bandurists and singers from across the globe.

We don’t know what it was like in your neck of the woods, but around here it sure seemed spring would never arrive. Now that it’s here (really!), we can look ahead to the summer.
