PHILADELPHIA – On Sunday, January 20, Ukraine’s ambassador to the United States, Valeriy Chaly, and his wife, Liudmyla Mazuka, participated in the Philadelphia-area Ukrainian American community’s commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the proclamation of an independent and united Ukraine by the Ukrainian National Republic and the Western Ukrainian National Republic.
