KYIV – Smaller than a school pupil’s notebook, yet carrying significant historical weight, Ukrainian kozak leader Pylyp Orlyk’s early 18th century Constitution went on display at Kyiv’s 1,000-year-old Saint Sophia Cathedral on August 17.
