Branch 54 of the Ukrainian National Women’s League of America organized a special Ukrainian flag-raising ceremony at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in Wilmington, Del., to commemorate the 27th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence Day, August 24.
